Markell Orders Flags Lowered in Honor of Police Officer Killed in the Line of Duty

DOVER – Gov. Jack Markell ordered United States and Delaware flags be flown at half-staff in honor of Georgetown police officer Chad Spicer, who was killed in the line of duty Tuesday evening. The flags will fly at half-staff until the morning after his funeral.
