“Cindy is a highly respected attorney with a background that is ideal for serving with the Delaware Community Foundation and our Southern Delaware Advisory Committee,” according to Fred C. Her estate and tax planning expertise, including wills and trusts, charitable and gift planning as well as her experience in assisting and advising executors and trustees regarding estate and trust administration are professional areas applicable to the work of the Foundation.

“I am truly honored to have been appointed by Governor Markell. I have seen firsthand how the Delaware Community Foundation assists individuals and families to achieve their charitable goals, allowing them to create a lasting impact on their communities,” noted Ms. Szabo. “I look forward to serving on the Board and working with the other members in continuing the great work of the Foundation.”
