State of Emergency Lifted In Kent County and Sussex County

DOVER -- Gov. Jack Markell this morning lifted the State of Emergency he had declared in Kent County and Sussex County on Thursday. The State of Emergency ended as of 8 a.m. Sunday. State officials are continuing to assess storm damage.
