May 14, 2008 – Governor Minner received a t-shirt designed by Caravel Academy senior Jessica Willis, the 2008 winner of the 17th Annual Christina River Cleanup T-shirt Design Contest. The t-shirts featuring Jessica’s artwork are given to all 2008 Christina River Watershed Cleanup volunteers.
