June 11, 2008 – Gov. Minner gave remarks at the Delaware Hometown Heroes Banner launch event, which honored the memories of Delaware’s soldiers who died in service to our country. The Hometown Heroes Banner program is a joint effort between the Delaware Gold Star Families and the Vietnam Veterans Association – Chapter 83 to raise awareness about Delaware’s fallen military heroes.
