June 30, 2008 – Governor Minner signed Senate Bill 263 in her Legislative Hall Office in Dover. This bill allows Delaware to participate in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) carbon dioxide cap and trade program, which is a regional agreement between 10 states to work to decrease the amount and impacts of greenhouse gases on our environment.
