Gerald Brady, which requires individual and group health insurance contracts to provide coverage for hearing aids of up to $1,000.00 per ear, every three years, for covered dependents 24 years of age or less. February 7, 2008 – Gov. Minner addressed the audience at the 2008 Delaware Cancer Consortium Retreat in Dover and thanked the Consortium members for their work in the fight against cancer. The Delaware Cancer Consortium is responsible for the creation of such initiatives as the Delaware Cancer Treatment program and the Screening for Life program, which has helped Delaware’s cancer incidence rate decrease four times as much as the national average and cancer death rate decline twice as much as the national rate.
